Data Strategy
We’ll work together to understand the current state of your business data, reviewing what\’s working and what needs improvement. We’ll build a vision of your ideal future state, highlighting opportunities and identifying key metrics you need to capture to make decisions to get there. Data modeling and data workflows also can be helpful strategy additions for your success. Data strategy will be rounded out with suggestions on next steps, such as types of analytical solutions that can be integrated with your journey towards success.
Web Analytics
We’ll setup a system to capture customer’s behavior on your website. We’ll pinpoint metrics that align with your goals. We can setup a data collection/storage system to provide the capability of trend analysis for later use. A tailored dashboard will be delivered to help track progress and make data-drive decisions.
Advanced Analytics
We offer various advanced analytic projects. For most advanced analytics (beyond survey creation projects), require the business to readily supply data. We’ll dive into the meaning of the data, aggregate, clean, and create insights for a span of ad hoc projects.
Pick My Brain
Jump on a quick video call and share a whiteboard! These 1:1 sessions are great for when you have a couple quick questions or need a sounding board for an idea. No preparation or follow-ups included and not a substitution for Data Strategy package.
